The Barker:
Conceptual Product Suite

I developed a high-end "Resident Welcome Kit" for a luxury loft conversion. The goal: bridge the gap between industrial architectural grit and dog-centric luxury through a cohesive design system.

Typographic Engineering

Created a dual-discipline system pairing the elegance of Tenor Sans with the structural precision of IBM Plex Mono.

Minimalist Strategy

The brochure mirrors
the lofts themselves:
raw, open, and structurally honest. Minimalism isn't a stylistic choice here, it’s a functional one. By stripping away decorative clutter, the layout allows the industrial grit to lead the narrative.

The Folder Strategy

The folder uses the physical spine as a narrative tool—the brand’s mascot "stretches" from the front cover to the back as it opens. This turns a standard piece of stationery into an interactive "unboxing" experience.

The Pet Profile
The "Pet Resume" transforms a municipal requirement into a high-end design feature. By applying a strict architectural grid to functional data, a dry document becomes a bit easier to complete.
