Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation: Integrated Collateral System

Structural Dieline Engineering
& Foundation Stewardship

I developed a premium presentation folder for RAHF, engineered as a strategic product pairing for their existing business card design. This project was centered on Brand Stewardship, ensuring that the Foundation’s visual identity translated seamlessly from a small-scale business card to a high-capacity, large-format organizational tool.
Structural Art Direction: I designed a custom dieline featuring reinforced pockets and a specific spine gusset to accommodate multi-document sets. The layout was engineered to ensure that when a business card is inserted into the die-cut slits, it aligns perfectly with the folder’s overarching grid system.
Systemic Consistency: I audited the Foundation’s existing color palette and typography to ensure the large-scale print stayed 100% on-brand. By mirroring the "Visual Language" of the business card, the folder acts as a sophisticated "housing" for the brand’s most important donor communications.
Production Specs: Managed the technical setup for heavy-weight stock selection and matte lamination, providing a tactile, "high-trust" feel that aligns with the Foundation’s healthcare mission.
