Uni-ball Branded Merchandise Suite

Working with Uni-ball, I translated their iconic logo onto a premium suite of merchandise, including laser-engraved water bottles and foil-stamped notebooks. I led the exploration of various color iterations to test logo legibility and contrast across different textures and materials. By balancing technical "Plan B" layout strategies with high-end finishes, I ensured the branding remained 100% consistent and impactful, whether applied to a metallic surface or a soft-cover matte finish.

Hardcover Foil Stamping

Showcasing Technical Art Direction through
high-precision metallic foil stamping on a textured hard-bound surface. This required meticulous file preparation and Visual Quality Control to ensure
the logo’s fine details and "Start Your Story" tagline remained crisp during the manufacturing process.

Color & Material Iterations

A systemic exploration of brand application across four distinct soft-cover colorways: tan, blue, pink, and green. As a Creative Production Leader,
I managed these iterations to audit color contrast and material interaction, ensuring the logo maintained its integrity on various matte surfaces.

Cross-Surface Coordination

Demonstrating the "architectural bridge" by coordinating two distinct production methods:
laser engraving on metal and foil stamping on cardstock. Managed the full-cycle technical preparation to ensure logo consistency across
both subtractive (engraving) and additive (foil) manufacturing techniques.
